Project Description
The objective of the project is to improve the service and reliability of the equipment and process at SEP 040, SEP 041, SEP 044, SEP 060, SEP 061, SEP 062, SEP 925, and SEP 960. Major scopes of work include the installation of new screw pumps, dewatering pumps, and sludge/scum pumps and replacement of valves and piping. Other electrical and structural work are also included. The work is to be performed in San Francisco, California. The Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder.

Bid discounts may be applied as per San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 14B. The LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement is 20.00% and ONLY San Francisco (Local) Small & Micro-LBEs can be utilized to meet this requirement (Firms certified by SF Contract Monitoring Division). SFPUC-LBEs cannot be utilized to meet the 20.00% LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement.  Please contact Lakysha Cummings at (415) 554-3136 for further information. Hard copy versions of the plans and specifications are only available by mail or by appointment for pick up for an additional fee of $150.00.
