The objective of the project is to repair and improve the channels at OW-13 and OW-18 in order to prevent any future erosion within the channels. The work is to be performed in San Mateo County, California. The Engineer's estimate is $500,000. The Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder.
Bid discounts may be applied as per San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 14B. The LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement is 3.00%. Both San Francisco Small & Micro-LBEs and SFPUCLBEs (Firms certified by SF Contract Monitoring Division) can be utilized to meet this requirement. The 3% requirement has been established in part due to the work breakdown and current LBE availability. Please contact Regina Chan at (415) 551-4335 for further information.
