The objective of the project is to replace the existing sewers and street pavement at various locations within the City and County of San Francisco. The work is to be performed in SF, CA.
The LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement is 20% and ONLY San Francisco (Local) Small & Micro-LBEs can be utilized to meet this requirement (Firms certified by SF Contract Monitoring Division). Hard copy versions of plans, specifications and bidding documents are available at 525 Golden Gate Avenue, 1st Floor Customer Service Desk San Francisco, CA 94102 for a non-refundable $150 fee paid by cash or by check payable to “SFPUC.” A CD version of the plans, specifications is available for a fee of $10. A contractor, who is requesting plans & specs by mail should send the appropriate payment amount, FedEx #, business card, contractor license # and return shipping information to: Contract Administration Bureau at 525 Golden Gate Avenue, 8th floor, San Francisco, CA 94102.
