The objective of the project is to provide contingency-based as-needed replacement of sections of existing sewer pipelines on short notice at locations to be determined within the City and County of San Francisco. The work is to be performed in SF, CA.
Bid discounts may be applied as per San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 14B. The LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement is 20% and ONLY San Francisco (Local) Small & Micro-LBEs can be utilized to meet this requirement (Firms certified by SF Contract Monitoring Division).
