The objective of the project is to replace/rehabilitate four segments of San Andreas Pipeline No. 2 approximately 6,500 feet in four segments, from Harry Tracy Water Treatment Plant to the Golden Gate National Cemetery in San Bruno. The work is to be performed in San Mateo County, California.

There will be no bid discounts for this contract.  The LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement is 20%. Both San Francisco Small & Micro-LBEs and SFPUC-LBEs (Firms certified by SF Contract Monitoring Division) can be utilized to meet this requirement. Hard copy versions of plans, specifications and bidding documents are available at 525 Golden Gate Avenue, 1st Floor, Customer Service Desk, SF, CA 94102 for a non-refundable $310 fee paid by cash or by check payable to “SFPUC.” The CD contains essential reference documents that must be purchase along with the hard copy version of the plans and specifications.  A contractor, who is requesting plans and specifications by mail, should send a request with the original, Signed Confidentiality Agreement, appropriate payment amount, FedEx number, business card, contractor License number and return shipping information to: Contract Administration Bureau at 525 Golden Gate Avenue, 8th floor.
