The objective of the project is to replace the existing sewers and street pavement at various locations within the City and County of San Francisco and County of San Mateo. The work is to be performed in San Francisco and Daly City, CA.
The LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement is 20% and ONLY San Francisco (Local) Small & Micro-LBEs can be utilized to meet this requirement (Firms certified by SF Contract Monitoring Division). Hard Copy versions of plans, specifications and bidding documents are available for a non-refundable $160 fee and will include a CD version of documents that include additional reference documents. For immediate pick up, please visit the Customer Service Desk on the first floor of 525 Golden Gate Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94102. You will need to bring a $160 in cash or a check payable to “SFPUC”.
To request to receive plans, specifications and bidding documents by mail, a Contractor should mail the request to: SFPUC; Contract Administration Bureau, 8th Floor; 525 Golden Gate Avenue; San Francisco, CA 94102. The request should include a business card, the contractor License number, a $160 check payable to “SFPUC”, and a FedEx account number with return shipping information.
