The objective of the project is to rehabilitate the Jackson Street box sewer and Drumm Street box sewer. The work is to be performed in San Francisco, CA. 

 The LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement is 10% and ONLY San Francisco (Local) Small & Micro-LBEs can be utilized to meet this requirement (Firms certified by SF Contract Monitoring Division).  SFPUC-LBEs cannot be utilized to meet the 10% LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement. Hard copy versions of plans, specifications and bidding documents are available at 525 Golden Gate Avenue, 1st Floor, Customer Service Desk, San Francisco, CA 94102 for a non-refundable $180 fee paid by cash or by check payable to “SFPUC. A contractor, who is requesting plans and specifications by mail, should send a request with the appropriate payment amount, FedEx number, business card, contractor license number and return Shipping information to: Contract Administration Bureau at 525 Golden Gate Avenue, 8th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94102.
