The objective of the project is to provide the City with as-needed sewer television inspections at locations to be determined within the City and County of SF. The work is to be performed in SF, CA.

Bid discounts may be applied as per San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 14B.  The LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement is 20% and ONLY San Francisco (Local) Small & Micro-LBEs can be utilized to meet this requirement (Firms certified by SF Contract Monitoring Division).  SFPUC-LBEs cannot be utilized to meet the 20% LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement.   Please contact Regina Chan at 415-554-3106 for CMD related issues.

Hard copy versions of plans, specifications and bidding documents are available at 525 Golden Gate Avenue, 1st Floor, Customer Service Desk, San Francisco, CA 94102 for a non-refundable $150 fee paid by cash or by check payable to “SFPUC.” A CD version of the plans and specifications is available for a fee of $10. A contractor, who is requesting plans and specifications by mail, should send a request with the appropriate payment amount, FedEx number, business card, contractor license number and return Shipping information to: Contract Administration Bureau at 525 Golden Gate Avenue, 8th floor.
