The objective of the project is to construct the various new Sunol Nursery facilities including a new access road and site utilities. The work is to be performed in Sunol, CA.

Bid discounts may be applied as per San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 14B. The LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement is 15% and ONLY San Francisco (Local) Small & Micro-LBEs can be utilized to meet this requirement (Firms certified by SF Contract Monitoring Division). SFPUC-LBEs cannot be utilized to meet the 15% LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement. Please contact Jason Chow at 415-554-3103 for further information. Subcontracting opportunities may include, but not limited, to the following major types of work: Utility Installations, Earthwork, Concrete Work and Site Fencing.

A CD version of the plans, specifications and available project information is available to paid Planholders only for an additional fee of $10.  Please be advised that prior to receiving these materials, all purchasers will be required to complete, sign and fully comply with a Confidentiality Agreement.

A Class “A” California Contractors License is required to bid. Furthermore, each listed subcontractor must possess appropriate active licenses for the work each subcontractor will be performing.
