The objective of the project is to provide as-needed sewer cleaning and inspection at locations to be determined within the City of San Francisco.  The work is to be performed in SF, CA. 

Bid discounts may be applied as per San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 14B.  The LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement is 10% and ONLY San Francisco (Local) Small & Micro-LBEs can be utilized to meet this requirement (Firms certified by SF Contract Monitoring Division).  SFPUC-LBEs cannot be utilized to meet the 10% LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement. The 10% requirement was established in  consideration of the specialized cleaning and video/sonar inspection scopes of work, in addition to the specialized nature of the equipment and experience/qualifications/ certifications as required in the bid documents.  Please contact LaKysha Cummings at 415-554-3130 for CMD related issues.

Hard copy versions of plans, specifications and bidding documents are available at 525 Golden Gate Avenue, 1st Floor Customer Service Desk San Francisco, CA 94102 for a non-refundable $150 fee paid by cash or by check payable to “SFPUC.”  A CD is also available for an additional $10. A contractor, who is requesting plans and specifications by mail, should send a request with the appropriate payment amount, FedEx number, business card, contractor license number and return Shipping information to: Contract Administration Bureau at 525 Golden Gate Avenue, 8th floor.
