The objective of the project to replace the existing sewers and street pavement at various locations within the City and County of San Francisco.
The LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement is 20% and ONLY San Francisco (Local) Small & Micro-LBEs can be utilized to meet this requirement (Firms certified by SF Contract Monitoring Division). SFPUC-LBEs cannot be utilized to meet the 20% LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement. Please contact Jason Chow at 415-554-3103 for CMD related issues.
Hard copy versions of plans, specifications and bidding documents are available at 525 Golden Gate Avenue, 1st floor, Customer Service Desk, San Francisco, CA 94102 for a non-refundable $180 fee paid by cash or by check payable to "SFPUC". A CD version of the plans, specifications and available project information is available for a fee of $10.00.
A contractor, who is requesting plans & specifications by mail, should send a request with the appropriate payment amount, FedEx number, business card, contractor license number & return Shipping information to: Contract Administration Bureau at 525 Golden Gate Avenue, 8th floor, San Francisco, CA 94102.
