The objective of the project is to replace the existing sewers on Paul Avenue. The work is to be performed in San Francisco, CA.

Bid discounts may be applied as per San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 14B. The LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement is 20% and ONLY San Francisco (Local) Small & Micro-LBEs can be utilized to meet this requirement (Firms certified by SF Contract Monitoring Division). SFPUC-LBEs cannot be utilized to meet the 20% LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement. Please contact Jason Chow at 415-554-3103 for further information.

Hard copy versions of plans, specifications and bidding documents are available at 525 Golden Gate Avenue, 1st Floor, Customer Service Desk, SF, CA 94102 for a non-refundable $75 fee paid by cash or by check payable to “SFPUC.” Call (415) 551-4603 for further information. A CD version of the plans, specifications, is available for a  fee of $10. A contractor, who is requesting plans and specifications by mail, should send a request with the appropriate payment amount, FedEx number, business card, contractor license number and return Shipping information to: Contract Administration Bureau at 525 Golden Gate Avenue, 8th floor.
