The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC), a department of the City and County of San Francisco, invites interested parties to submit a proposal to assist SFPUC in the educational programming and on-site management of a demonstration garden and outdoor classroom, located at 336 Elsie Street, adjacent to the College Reservoir Hill in San Francisco's Bernal Heights neighborhood.
One or more organizations may jointly submit a response to this solicitation. The SFPUC encourages partnerships where such partnerships will leverage each partner’s expertise and enhance the overall project proposal.

October 19, 2016: The written evaluation process is complete. The Education Outside organization has ranked the highest and will be recommended for award of the contract.
October 4, 2016: Addendum #4 posted regarding the Tentative RFP Schedule. The Contract Admin Team, Evaluators, and Contract Monitoring Division will need more time to review the proposals. Proposer Rankings will be posted on Tuesday, October 18, 2016.
September 27, 2016: Addendum #3 posted. Proposer Ranking will be posted on October 7, 2016.
