The objective of the project is to selectively perform hazardous paint mitigation, remove, replace and upgrade the existing deficient and deteriorated facility doors and frames, welded steel frame / glass-block composite constructed existing building awning, and install new stainless steel frame / acrylic glazing composite building awning assemblies including: architectural glazing panels, stainless steel hardware, neoprene sealants, flashing, stainless steel trim and glazing sealants, structural awning stainless steel frame, anchorage/fastening, as well as existing metal surface coating rehabilitation, surface preparation and final coating, various industrial grade stainless steel metal and double-pedestrian access door assemblies and door hardware, mechanical HVAC system relocation and upgrade, electrical power, lighting, electrical wires, conduits, fittings, accessories and appurtenances at the Oceanside Water Pollution Control Plant. The work is to be performed in SF, CA.
Bid discounts may be applied as per San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 14B. The LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement is 20% and ONLY San Francisco (Local) Small & Micro-LBEs can be utilized to meet this requirement (Firms certified by SF Contract Monitoring Division).
