The City and County of San Francisco, San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) Customer Services Bureau (CSB) seeks to retain the services of a qualified firm to provide water and/or wastewater bill collection services. The selected Proposer would act as CSB’s collection trustee and receive customers’ payments for water and/or wastewater services. 

 CSB accepts payments from its customers in a variety of ways – by mail, online, and/or in-person payments by walk-in customers. Walk-in customers can make in-person payments at SFPUC’s headquarters at 525 Golden Gate or at San Francisco’s City Hall. This RFP seeks to identify a qualified firm to collect in-person walk-in water and/or wastewater payments from SFPUC customers at an additional location or locations.
