The SFPUC is seeking qualified consultants to engage key stakeholders about how the Sewer System Improvement Program (SSIP) and the Southeast Community Facility (SECF) projects will impact Southeast sector communities. Consultants will facilitate the collection of quantitative and qualitative data about community interests, perceptions, opinions, beliefs, and attitudes towards the SSIP and SECF. Data will be turned over to the SFPUC to be used in guiding SSIP and SECF projects.
Tasks to be performed will include, but are not limited to:
1. Administering surveys to collect quantitative and qualitative data about community interests, perceptions, opinions, beliefs, and attitudes towards the SSIP and SECF;
2. Hosting community meetings and/or presentations about the status of the SSIP and SECF with defined number of attendees;
3. Organizing focus groups; and
4. Provision of as-needed logistical support including securing meeting/presentation space(s), set-up, clean-up, and outreach to potential attendees for community meetings/presentations and focus groups.
The SFPUC plans on awarding up to 20 contracts, at $5,000 per contract.
12/11/15: The Deadline for Proposers to Submit Questions was December 7, 2015. No questions were submitted.
