The SFPUC anticipates awarding one (1) $80,000 grant for a term of one year to a qualified non-profit community based organization (CBO) to manage the Front Yard Ambassadors Program.  This program builds upon the SFPUC’s existing stormwater management strategies and provides an opportunity to broaden our efforts to educate the public about effective urban watershed stewardship and demonstrate the potential visual, aesthetic and storm water management impacts of front yard gardens.

The CS-1010(G) evaluation process is complete. Friends of the Urban Forest will be recommended for award of the grant.
