The SFPUC, a department of the City & County of San Francisco, seeks to retain the services of two qualified Proposers to provide the SFPUC with engineering design services for Sewer System Improvement Program projects at Oceanside Plant (OSP) and its vicinity. Projects include OSP Fine Screen and Grit Removal Enhancements, OSP Digester Gas Utilization Upgrade, OSP Odor Control Optimization, and other projects. Services include preparation of an Alternative Analysis Report, Design Criteria, Conceptual Engineering Report, Final Design and Engineering Support Services During Construction as well as other miscellaneous services.

Attendance at Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit on October 27, 2014 is encouraged but not mandatory.

The location of the Pre-Bid Conference on October 27, 2014 has been changed to the Oceanside Water Pollution Control Pant, in the Administration Building Conference Room at 3500 Great Highway, San Francisco, California (was previously 525 Golden Gate Avenue, 2nd Floor O'Shaughnessy Conference Rooms B & C). 

The Site Visit will follow immmediately after the Pre-Bid Conference.
