The SFPUC, a department of the City, seeks to retain the services of a qualified Proposer to assist the SFPUC with professional services for groundwater support and expertise associated with SFPUC’s groundwater management programs in the Westside Groundwater Basin. The Proposer may also be called upon to provide related services during the term of the Professional Services Agreement. The selected Proposer will be expected to complete field work, monitoring, and studies related to aquifer protection and characterization, municipal supply well permitting, construction management/oversight of well decommissioning and wellhead repair work, and land surface subsidence monitoring. Additional services could include overboard/discharge monitoring, National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) discharge related studies, environmental assessment and/or remediation studies, and other specialized services at the discretion of the SFPUC.
LBE Rating Bonuses may be applied as per San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 14B. The LBE subconsulting goal is 14% and ONLY San Francisco (Local) Small & Micro-LBEs can be utilized to meet this requirement (Firms certified by SF Contract Monitoring Division).
