The SFPUC, a department of the City, seeks to receive Statements of Qualifications (“SOQs”) from qualified firms, teams or joint ventures to provide as-needed strategic and/or technical communication and public outreach services for the SFPUC Communications Division with an emphasis on Sewer System Improvement Program (SSIP) communication services. Proposers with relevant experience and qualifications in one or more of the task categories set forth in Section III, Scope of Services, of this RFQ are encouraged to submit SOQs. 

Based on specific objective experience and qualifications, the SFPUC seeks to establish a pool of pre-qualified Consultants for as-needed strategic and/or technical communication and public outreach services for the SFPUC Communications Division with an emphasis on SSIP communication services as listed in Section III.

7/24/13: Pre-Submittal Conference Agenda and Sign-in sheet posted.

8/5/13: RFP Addendum 1 and Questions & Response documents posted.

8/16/13: Addendum 2 posted, which notifies all interested parties that the proposal due date has been extended and the deadline to submit questions has been re-opened and is ongoing until further notice. It is our intent to post another addendum in the next two weeks which will present a new schedule and explain additional changes to the RFQ.

 9/17/2013 - RFP -291 Addendum 3 version posted. 

9/18/2013 - RFP Addendum 3 clarifies or lowers the RFP minimum qualifications in some of the Tasks.  If you have submitted a proposal, and your original proposal had satisfied the minimum requirements in the original RFQ then your qualifications should already satisfy the revised RFQ. 

9/30/313- Pre-Submittal Conference  (post Addendum 3) sign in sheet and agenda posted. 

10/7/2013 - RFQ Questions & Responses #2 posted.

10/23/2013 - RFQ Addendum 4 posted.  Please note that due to the overwhelming response to this RFQ, the “Posting of Phase 1 Pre-Qualification Pool List” Date will now be Wednesday, November 13, 2013.

2/28/14- CS-291 Qualified pool list updated.
