Consistent with the San Francisco Human Rights Commission’s Good Faith Outreach requirements, Aspen Environmental Group (Aspen) is seeking qualified LBE/MBE/WBE/OBE certified consultants to support of the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) As-Needed Environmental Services (Agreement CS-242) opportunity. The Bid Date for this solicitation is June 26, 2012. To qualify as a Subconsultant for this contract, the Subconsultant firms must possess the following:• Have been in business for a minimum of four (4) years performing one of the technical fields required under the scope of services (e.g., environmental analysis for CEQA document preparation, biological analysis, archeological and historic resources, etc.); AND have a principal or partner with at least ten (10) years’ professional experience in that field• Have key professional personnel who possess appropriate licenses, registrations or certifications as listed above, (See VI B.2 of the RFP)• Have knowledge of current CEQA, NEPA, and resource agency environmental regulations regarding major infrastructure projects and in particular water conveyance, water treatment and/or water distribution projects• Sole proprietorships must have been in business for a minimum of one (1) year performing one (1) of the technical fields required under the Scope of Services; AND the owner must have at least 15 years’ professional experience in that field Non-technical Subconsultants (e.g., reprographics) are not required to meet the above Subconsultant qualifications

URS Corporation will conduct itself in good faith with regard to LBE firm participation on this contract. Where applicable, URS Corporation will assist interested LBEs with advice on obtaining bonds, lines of credit, or insurance required by these contract documents. To be considered for this team, please provide the following items by Friday, June 8 at noon: (1) Letter of Interest, (2) a copy of your current LBE/MBE/WBE/OBE certification, (3) brief qualifications package, and (4) fee schedule.
