The objective of the project is to install approximately 4,100 linear feet of 4, 6, and 8 inch dutile iron pipe and 2,700 linear feet of copper services in 23rd street from Church to Hoffman Street. The work is to be performed in San Francisco, CA.
Bid discounts may be applied as per San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 14B. The LBE subcontracting goal is 19% and ONLY San Francisco (Local) Small & Micro-LBEs can be utilized to meet this requirement (Firms certified by SF Human Rights Commission). SFPUC-LBEs cannot be utilized to meet the 19% LBE subcontracting goal requirement. Please contact Bayard Fong at 415-554-3103 for HRC related issues.
Hard copy versions of plans, specifications and bidding documents are available at 525 Golden Gate Avenue, 1st Floor, Customer Service Desk, for a non-refundable $75 fee paid by cash or by check payable to “SFPUC”. Contractors requesting plans and Specs be shipped to them should send their request with the appropriate payment amount and return shipping information to: Contract Administration Bureau at 525 Golden Gate Avenue, 8th floor, San Francisco, CA 94102.
