The objective of the project is to install approximately 6,600 feet of 66-inch diameter of welded steel pipe located along the west side of Calaveras Road from the Alameda Siphons on the south to the edge of the SMP-24 quarry pit on the north. The project also includes an open cut crossing of the San Antonio Creek channel, construction of chemical facility, discharge structure, cutoff wall, dewatering pumping system, pipe and appurtenances. The work is to be performed in Alameda County, CA.
There will be no bid discounts for this contract. The LBE subcontracting goal is 9%. Both San Francisco Small & Micro-LBEs and SFPUC-LBEs (Firms certified by SF Human Rights Commission) can be utilized to meet this requirement. Contact Bayard Fong at 415-554-3103 for HRC related issues.

Service Desk, San Francisco, CA 94102 for a non-refundable $300 fee paid by cash or by check payable to “SFPUC”. Contractors requesting plan/ specs be shipped them should send their request with the signed Confidentiality Agreement, the appropriate payment amount and return shipping information to: Contract Administration Bureau at 525 Golden Gate Avenue, 8th floor, San Francisco, CA 94102.
