The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission ('SFPUC') seeks a Consultant to document the Contract Certification business process utilized by the City of San Francisco, as applied by the SFPUC. Consultant will detail data that is captured during the process. Once the processes and corresponding data are documented, Consultant will write a detailed Functional Specifications document that will guide automation of the process. Consultant will garner input from other major Enterprise departments in the City, including the San Francisco International Airport (SFO) and the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (MTA).
