The objective of the project to install solar powered well pumps, storage tanks and cattle watering troughs at the Goat Rock site. The work is to be performed in Alameda County, California.
The Engineer’s estimate is $350,000.00. The Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible responsive bidder.
All San Francisco Human Rights Commission certified Micro-LBE contractors (both Local SF LBEs and PUC LBEs) are eligible to bid on this Contract in accordance with San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 14B. The contract will only be awarded to a Micro-LBE. Certified Micro-LBE prime bidders must perform at least 25% of the contract work. The bid discount and subcontracting goals are not applicable to this contract; however contractors are encouraged to utilize LBEs for subcontracting purposes. A Class “A” California Contractors License is required to bid. Furthermore, each listed subcontractor must possess appropriate active licenses for the work each subcontractor will be performing.
