The objective of the project is to implement security improvements through various areas of South-east Water Pollution Control Plant, Oceanside Water Pollution Control Plant, and Westside Pump Station. The work is to be performed in SF, CA. A Class “A or C10” California Contractors License is required to bid.
Bid discounts may be applied as per San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 14B. The LBE subcontracting goal is 9% and ONLY San Francisco (Local) Small & Micro-LBEs can be utilized to meet this requirement. (Firms certified by SF Human Rights Commission). SFPUC-LBEs cannot be utilized to meet the 9% LBE subcontracting goal requirement. Please contact Bayard Fong at 415-554-3103 for HRC related issues.
Hard copy versions of plans, specifications and bidding documents are available at 1155 Market St., 1st Floor, Contract Admin Service Desk, San Francisco, CA 94103 for a non-refundable $180 fee paid by cash or by check payable to “SFPUC”. Contractors requesting plans/specs be shipped to them should send their request with the signed Confidentiality Agreement, the appropriate pay-ment amount and return shipping information to: Contract Administration Bureau at 1155 Market Street, 9th floor, San Francisco, CA 94103.
