The objective of the project is to restore Sheep Camp Creek, re-establish riparian habitat & road-way improvements. The work is to be performed in Alameda County, CA
Bid discounts may be applied as per San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 14B. The LBE subcontracting goal is 18%. Both San Francisco Small & Micro-LBEs and SFPUC-LBEs (Firms certified by SF Human Rights Commission) can be utilized to meet this requirement. Hard copy versions of plans, specifications and bidding documents are available at 1155 Market St., 1st Floor, Contract Admin Service Desk, San Francisco, CA 94103 for a non-refundable $150 fee paid by cash or by check payable to “SFPUC”. Contractors requesting plans/specs be shipped to them should send their request with the appropriate payment amount and return shipping information to: Contract Administration Bureau @ 1155 Market Street, 9th floor, San Francisco, CA 94103
Addendum #1 issue May 8, see addenda #1 for detail. A second site visit will be offered on Wednesday, May 16, at 8:00AM. The site visit will take place at the Project Area Entrance of Koopman Road as indicated on contract plan No. G-5 "Sheep Camp Creek Site Location and Vicinity Map"
