The objective of the project is to replace the existing sewer and renovate the existing street pavement on various streets in the Noe and Glen Park Districts.

Bid discounts may be applied as per San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 14B. The LBE subcontracting goal is 20% and ONLY San Francisco (Local) Small & Micro-LBEs can be utilized to meet this requirement (Firms certified by SF Human Rights Commission).  SFPUC-LBEs cannot be utilized to meet the 20% LBE subcontracting goal requirement. Please contact Gary Wong at 415-551-3106 for HRC related issues.
