The objective of the project is to repair or replace corroded infrastructure in the Southeast Wastewater Treatment Plant's dewatering facility located at 750 Phelps St. San Francisco. The work is to be performed in San Francisco, CA.

Bid discounts may be applied as per San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 14B. The LBE subcontracting goal is 14% and ONLY San Francisco (Local) Small & Micro-LBEs can be utilized to meet this requirement (Firms certified by SF Human Rights Commission).  SFPUC-LBEs can not be utilized to meet the 14% LBE subcontracting goal requirement. Hard copy versions of plans, specifications and bidding documents are available at 1155 Market St., 1st Floor, Contract Administration Service Desk, San Francisco, CA 94103 for a non-refundable $180 fee paid by cash or by check payable to “SFPUC”.  Contractors requesting plan/specs be shipped to them should send their request with the signed Confidentiality Agreement, the appropriate payment amount & return shipping information to: 1155 Market Street, 9th floor, San Francisco, CA 94103.

This contract requires bidder pre-qualification by the SFPUC. Only contractors who have successfully completed the pre-qualification process for Wastewater Treatment Facilitiescategory of work, as posted at http://sfwater.org/pre-qualify, will be allowed to submit bids for this contract.
