The objective of the project is to replace the existing sewer and renovate the existing street pavement on various streets in the Bernal Heights/Potrero Districts. The work is to be performed in San Francisco, CA.
Bid discounts may be applied as per SF Administrative Code Chapter 14B. The LBE subcontracting goal is 18% and ONLY San Francisco (Local) Small & Micro-LBEs can be utilized to meet this requirement (Firms certified by SF Human Rights Commission). SFPUC-LBEs cannot be utilized to meet the 18% LBE sub-contracting goal requirement. Please contact Hadas Rivera-Weiss at 415-551-4814 for HRC related issues.

Service Desk, San Francisco, CA 94103 for a non-refundable $150 fee paid by cash or by check payable to “SFPUC”.
