The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC), a department of the City and County of San Francisco, seeks to retain the services of a qualified Proposer to assist the SFPUC with marketing, advertising, education, outreach and customer retention services for the City’s Community Choice Aggregation Program (CCA) CleanPowerSF.
