Project Description

The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC), seeks to retain the services of a qualified Design Builder to install solar photovoltaic (PV) renewable energy plants at the following two sites: a) Department of Public Health, Chinatown Public Health Center, 1490 Mason Street, San Francisco; and, b) San Francisco Municipal Railway (MUNI), Woods Motor Coach Facility, 1095 Indiana Street, San Francisco. Only the Pre Qualified Design Build Teams specified in the Request for Proposal (RFP) may submit proposals. Design Builders responding to this RFP must have proven expertise and sufficient experience in designing, engineering, supplying, installing, commissioning, and maintaining fully integrated and operational non-penetrating solar photovoltaic renewable energy plant.
