Project Update: The new Mt Davidson Pump Station is nearly complete. Full completion is expected in spring 2010. The project scope includes demolition of the existing building, constructing a new reinforced concrete building, two new pumps (40 hp each), standby generator and generator building, sprinkler system, new electrical system, replacement of two hydropneumatic tanks, security fencing and monitoring systems, water quality monitoring and disinfection systems, landscaping and other site work. During construction, a temporary pump station will be installed to facilitate continued operations. This project will also provide the necessary facilities to support the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) project by adding automation where needed. Note: Schedule and cost information shown may vary from the 2009 Approved WSIP Schedule and Budget. The information shown reflects the current forecast information published in the latest WSIP Quarterly Report.
