The construction work for this project was completed in May 2006.  This project was designed to increase the capacity of the combined sewer system along Vicente Street, from 34th Avenue to Sunset Boulevard, from 42nd Avenue to 44th Avenue, and on 44th Avenue to 45th Avenue.
