The construction work for this project was completed in November 2006. The project was designed to improve the collection and transport of combined sewer on Shotwell Street between 17th and 18th Street, and on 18th Street, between Shotwell Street and Treat Avenue.  A pump station was constructed at the intersection of Shotwell Street and 17th Street as part of this project.
