LEADING STORY

To encourage more installations of solar power in San Francisco, the City is offering incentives to San Francisco residents and businesses to install solar power on their properties. The incentive program, GoSolarSF, coupled with the California Solar Initiative, a rebate program sponsored by the State of California, and federal tax credits, could pay half the cost or more of a solar power system installed in San Francisco.     Read more 



With rising fire danger following two dry winters and gasoline prices climbing towards $5 per gallon, the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) is once again employing Angora and Spanish goats to eat overgrown brush around several reservoir properties in San Francisco.     Read more
