Water service and pressure were fully restored to residents and businesses in much of San Francisco early Thursday afternoon after a confluence of planned and unplanned events caused a significant drop in water pressure and loss of service in neighborhoods from Fisherman’s Wharf to the Bayview District, including Downtown, the Civic Center area and South of Market.     Read more
