Position Description
The Class 1478 Senior Water Services Clerk performs responsible, complex and specialized senior-level customer service, clerical, billing and collection duties at the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission’s Customer Services Division in establishing and maintaining consumer water, wastewater, and retail electric services as well as land leases and permits. The position may be assigned to one of the Customer Services operating sections, including Customer Accounts,
