Water Conservation
San Francisco residents are uniquely fortunate to enjoy a reliable and high quality water supply. This water plays a critical role in the health of our communities, the sustainability of our natural environment, and the success of our businesses. We all share a responsibility to conserve water and preserve the quality of our water.
The Water Conservation Section of the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission was created to promote the conscientious use of water. We work with communities, residents, and businesses citywide to deliver a variety of water saving programs that will also help you reduce your water bills. The SFPUC is committed to conservation as a means to provide a sustainable source of water supply to San Francisco.
