The Project Management Bureau oversees the coordination of each individual capital project from its inception through implementation for the Infrastructure Division. The project managers, most all of whom are engineers, have direct responsibility for their projects and ensure the execution of quality capital projects with a high degree of budget and schedule adherence. The bureau is divided into geographic sections or special projects and works very closely with the Bureaus of Infrastructure Resources Management, Engineering Design, Construction Management, and Program Development & Support throughout its coordination process.
