The Construction Management Bureau manages the construction of Water, Waste Water and Power projects to ensure successful delivery of these facilities. The Bureau participates in all project development phases from inception through project completion and closeout. During the Construction Phase the Bureau is the single point of contact between the Contractor and the other project Stakeholders (e.g., regulatory agencies, Engineering Design Bureau, Operating Divisions, consultants, etc.). To ensure the timely completion of construction projects within budget and in accordance with specifications, the Bureau provides a strict Construction Safety/Owner Controlled Insurance Program, inspection and testing services and claims avoidance management.
